Ashley Baluster

The Ashley Baluster, like the word its self, is known for beauty. Classic Baluster

The Classic Baluster is probably our most popular baluster. Being our oldest and most widely known baluster, the Classic is always a great choice when you are not sure exactly what style baluster to use. With its subtle elegance, the Classic baluster is use commonly in any applications, ranging from master balconies to a common garden décor. As its name entails, the Classic baluster sets the bar for all balusters, being the model that most are based upon. Logan Baluster

The Logan Baluster is one of the most unique baluster styles that you will see anywhere. Being of nonsymmetrical proportions with a much thicker bottom portion than top, you end up using more balusters in a section of balustrade than other balusters of that size. The number of balusters used provides a Logan balustrade system with a look completely unique. Logan is derived from the name of the tallest mountain in Canada. Commonly used on porches and even to accent garden architecture, the five-inch system is perfect for small to medium size projects, but still can be used for large plans if a slender look is preferred.

Each of our newel posts are constructed out of polyurethane and reinforced with high-density structural PVC. This provides the newel with more excessive strength to pass all BOCA National Building Codes and fully support over an eight-foot run of balustrade. With several sizes to choose from, the architectural newel posts not only provides an immense amount of strength, but also contributes to the fluid design of elegance for our polyurethane balustrade systems.

Each architectural newel post is ornamented with a variety of post tops, each one provide a unique look and personality. To enrich each newel post, there are three main post caps available.

The Flat Post Top yields a simple design with a level surface, providing a classical presence or to be used as a support for potted plants or items of that nature. Newel Post Cap Peaked

The Peaked Post Top is the most popular cap that we provide. Most enjoy the sharp features that provide the newel post with an aesthetically pleasing appearance without diverting attention away from the elegance of the balustrade system as a whole. If you are unsure of which top to use, this is the safest and most reliable option.

The Ball Post Top is the definition of grandeur. If you are in search of a newel post cap that is going to make a statement of elegance, this is the top for you. The Ball Top is commonly applied in situations when searching for a cultured presence.
